Restoring your server from backup

Prerequisite

In order to be able to restore your server from backup, you first need to enable it and purchase additional disk space the backup copies will reside on. Learn more about the backup.

Procedure

  1. Choose option Cloud server from the Services menu.
  2. Click on the name of your server.
  3. Choose option Backups from the Storage menu. This page contains all available backups for your server. The system creates two backup copies of your server which are daily and weekly backups.

  4. Click Restore next to the desired backup.
  5. Click OK to confirm and your backup will be scheduled for restoring.

Your server will be restored after about 15 minutes.
