Viewing account logs

mCloud allows you to review the log of all your activities on the site. In order to review your activities, choose option History.

 The following information is available within this page:

  • Date - column with the date and time of each of the activities
  • Description - the description for the action which has been performed, e.g. Client opened new ticket
  • Status- the status of the activity, e.g. Success
  • Details- if more details are available, a link will be shown in the last column which you can click to access it.
